Good and study product with adjustable length
the product as it’s made of metal wire. It is lightweight and I can adjust it as per my need. But the screws are on one side only so the the rope slip through the grooves of the rod sometimes when I stop skipping. Though it is mentioned in the instructions that in order to make the ropes stay perpendicular so it does not slip but still slips Maybe I’m a beginner that’s why it slips I am not sure. But maybe I am able to learn it and able to use it get used to it so I am happy about the Product. Cooking for beginner I would suggest they can go for it as it is very lightweight and easy to adjust the length and start getting. I am able to learn to use in 2 days.

My views after using it for 8 months – Worth your money
I was skeptical while buying this rope. i wanted both metal wire and metal grip one and was doubt that i would get a decent one. also there were mixed reviews. but after using it for past 8 month i am sure that if i had to buy again i will definitely do that. i have dropped it many times while workouts but it still shines. Paint is really good as even after dropping it many times there are only minor scratches on it. the ball bearing are also of very good quality. All in all, i am happy with the purchase and writing this review to help others.

Excellent one but not for beginners
Excellent metallic jump rope good for experienced people. Since the metallic wire is thin and lightweight, it does not give sufficient feedback and so not good for beginners. The length is adjustable. The quality of the hand grip and insulated wire rope is excellent. Just note that if you use it with barefoot and the wire hits your toes, it may hurt a lot and trip you.

Superb rope for your cardio needs
I really love the rope. I have been using it for the past six months and i have to say âI LOVE ITâ the durability of the rope is good. Overall the handle grip is also great. I use the rope for @30 mins to 45 mins to workout. Till now it has went well . This is the mid portion of the rope after more than 6 months of abuse. If anybody is thinking about buying go for it. Its going to be a 600 well spent.

I was looking for a jump rope to add some variety to my cardio routine. Just running on the treadmill got really boring! The color looks really nice and bright( better than the picture). They included some instructions on how to adjust it to my right height. The rope itself is adjustable and can size up or down. I’m only 5’3′ so i was worried about that, but this rope has adjustable size can go all the way for people taller than 6ft. The packaging was neat and order areived on time.The only downside i can think of is the rope is pretty lightweight and takes some getting used to. definitely get it but start carefully to make sure you dont hirt yourself.
