Build quality is OK but not that good
The hinges are kind of falling apart. Handles are good but the wiggle at low weight. If you want to buy a grippes insted of this put a little bit more and but a good one. Thus one is good enough for me because i am a beggnier. Over all OK product.

It has a wide range of weight which is very good for beginners like myself and it has been helpful for me.If you are not a beginner and can easily do 40kg grips this is not faor your. This product gets fragile after a while.

It works, but is absolutely inferior to a very cheaper version. I picked up at a drugstore for eight bucks. It does work, but I am disappointed in the quality, the hinges are loose. I would not recommend this product.
