The best!
This is a really good eyeliner that is very affordable. It has a dark black color that looks amazing. It has a brush tip that is easy to apply and creates a nice line that is neither too thick nor too thin. I’m not sure if it is smudge proof and water proof because I did not try to smudge it or put water. It lasts the whole day after application.
