I’ve been using this speakerphone for nearly nine months now and I’m incredibly impressed. It’s been a reliable companion for both personal and professional calls. My usage of this speakerphone is 8-10 hrs weekdays. It has been working perfectly with Microsoft Teams and Google Meet… never disappointed.

Mic output is not good for more than 4feet away
Speaker output is good but Mic is not at all good. When you are near to Mic Listener on other side can hear clearly but when you are more than 4feet away from Mic ,then there is break in voice and Listener can not hear clearlyBuilt Quality is good though . USB connectivity is quick and good, where as Bluetooth connectivity is not so good

Recipients complaining about low voice
The teams or WebEx meeting recipients are complaining that they cannot hear my voice clearly and say it seems like coming from a far away distance after I connect this speaker with microphone. The audio on my side is good though.

I bought the Audio Array AM-W45 Wireless Conference Microphone with Speaker and using it for close to 1 month now. It does what it is intended to do. Great voice quality on the speaker. The microphone is great too. Never observed voice loss on speaker or microphone not picking up my voice. Overall a great purchase.
