Its good product but..
make sure not to turn on the battery saver option. It has to be one of the most dumbest feature ever. It shuts down if there’s low wattage being drawn during a power cut and never wakes back up until the power comes back. Apparently it only works when there’s high wattage being drawn not the other way around. Its so dumb but it exists so make sure to never turn that on otherwise you’ll be just as confused as I was. Other than that the fans are a bit loud and takes a very long time to shut down each time but battery back up is excellent, I was able to finish an entire valorant comp game during power cut.

Obnoxiously loud and overheating issues.
This UPS is by far the worst product I have bought in a long time. It is so loud even when there is no load at all, with its fan spinning at full speed without any curve at all. If the ambient temperature exceeds 25 degrees centigrade, the UPS starts blinking red and will shut down in 1 minute or so. The above is true when the main power is on, when it is off it, the UPS is just garbage. I live in Bengaluru which is very cool compared to most parts of India.APC definitely messed up this product big time. They tried to cut costs by making this product in India and it feels like they cut too many corners. If they made it for Indian climate, then why is the fan spinning at full speed (and VERY loudly) even when the ambient temperature is 25 degrees and the main power is on.My PC which has a Nvidia 3060 and AMD 5600X is at best drawing 300 Watts of power, but this UPS which is rated for 650W can not even provide 3 minutes of backup. When I asked the service person to come and take a look, they were impolite and unprofessional. First he told me that since my computer has a “Graphics card” and that he won’t even check for issues. When I escalated the issue, another “Senior” person came and changed the batteries but it made no difference whatsoever.Ultimately, skip this product. If you are buying it because of the “APC” brand name like I did, Don’t! They cut every possible corner and made a horrible dangerous product to fleece Indians.

Works like a charm with my 550 Watts power supply
It is able to handle the load of my 550 W PSU and provides sufficient back up to shut down the pc.Note : It is NOT meant for uninterrupted gaming, as gaming consumes more power so it will drain the battery quicker. Better use it for saving important work and safely shutting down your pc during a power outage.
