Refills are very very small in length. Does not meet my purpose. You need to come up with the longer material so that mopping the floor is easy. It also leaves the hair on the ground as stains like when mopping. Overall not a very good product.

No spare part or repair available from the brand.
I bought it two years ago. It has been functioning okay-ish. Had no complaints as such. Recently the rod broke. I started searching for parts on their own store and there were many options of many brands. So when I called them at first for a spare part they gave me a number of some food delivery company to ask for the spare part. Hilarious. And on the next call they denied for any spare parts. Said I’d have to buy the whole set again. So much of plastic waste.
