Their warranty service is entirely online, which poses a challenge for diagnosing hardware issues like a faulty mouse. Despite sharing videos multiple times to demonstrate the issue, the resolution remained elusive.Service Response Time: The response time from customer support is quite slow, taking approximately 5-10 days to reply to emails. Furthermore, they requested that the Amazon logo be visible in the video. However, due to the poor quality of the product, the logo faded after just 3-4 months of use.Product Quality and Recommendation: For those who use a mouse daily, I would not recommend this product as it is not durable, and the warranty service is inadequate. Compared to the other costly mice, this one is a good buy at a lower price range and provides the same experience as that of the costlier ones. I bought it for 349. You can go for it.
