Extremely bad product and bad customer care service from Amazon
Received defective product in first order. The Mobile holder was missing. Even after placing a replacement, a defective product was once again delivered with missing leg of tripod and no holder assembly was present. So after loosing all hope I had to return the product.The real problem came with the return pickup service. The pickup was cancelled 2 times and after contacting amazon customer care multiple times the pickup service was arranged after approx. 10 days. The pickup guy took the defective product on 19-jan-2024.Again, the second issue came with the refund of money. The amazon application was showing “Refund failed”. After contacting the customer care, they promised to refund the money within 14 business days. However, since 19-jan-24 till today, after a delay of 20 days, no refund was received for the defective product returned.Amazon is selling duplicate products and keeping the customers money in their account for longer period, thereby, gaining profit from our money. They don’t even provide compensation to us for delayed refund of our money. Even the bank is charging 2% interest to us for delayed payment per day.So, why the same won’t be applicable to Amazon for paying us delayed payment. We are paying interest to the bank for delay payment and the same shall be applicable to Amazon also. Hope some day some action will be taken.

Sturdy tripod – good product by amazon
Very good tripod. I ordered a 110 cm tripod which was very cheap. but then stuck upon this tripod. Must say it has good built, sturdy and i also add weight to the hook for additional stability.I use it with ring light , with my phone and sometimes camera too and it does the job well.Though for cameras i feel a more sturdy tripod would be best. but serves well for my needs currently.

everything good, but I doubt the mobile holder on top may last long or not, it’s sturdiness is weak.

The whole thing is very fragile, tightening the screw too much will result in a hole in the plastic.The tripod assembly itself is difficult to put together as it keeps falling apart.

Very cheap product.All parts are easily breakable. Too much light in weight. Risky to take shooting on this stand.Size isn’t enough to record my story video.

I understand this is basic Tripad but atleast send product without damage part or missing part. I received 1st damage product and got replacement on very next day (Thanks for that), but in 2nd tripod one leg shoe is missing. I think going with basic and low range items of Amazon basics is not the right decision of mine.
