Fantastic 8-Person Tent – Perfect for Family Camping!I recently purchased an 8-person tent for a family camping trip, and I couldn’t be more pleased with its performance! This tent is incredibly spaciousâcomfortably fitting our group of 6 with plenty of room left for our gear. The tall peak height is a game-changer; even the tallest members of our group could stand up without crouching.Setting it up was surprisingly easy despite its size. The pre-attached poles made assembly straightforward and quick. We had it fully set up in about 15 minutes, even as first-timers. Very durable tent
I have been using this tent since the past 6 years, alternatively with a basic Quechua 3 person tent. In comparison to the Quechua, the Amazon Basics tent is just a little less dense or thick in materials, but has aged similarly. It’s very spacious. A few times, 5 of us have shared the tent to sleep in. Waterproofing is good. Ventilation, pouches, a hanging mesh, etc. are a few good positives. The only negative I think is the packed dimensions and weight. It packs big and weighs more than 5kg.If pitched properly, it resists winds pretty well. That’s the thing with this tent, you need to pitch it perfectly with all the attachments done perfectly. It can withstand the violent winds of the mountain edges of the Sahyadris easily if pitched perfect.To top all that off, I had bought this tent for just â¹2k, as it was just introduced on Amazon India. Infact all capacity variants used to cost the same around that time…ð

No return option available only replacement. So you will repent if u buy this.About product- how come amazon has come up with worst product. Never understood. Design is bad as there is only one pole. You have tie opposite sides using syring to some solid base and u have hard time finding where to tie ur small string which is also too short.I WILL NEVER BUY AMAZON BASICS ITEM AGAIN.SYRICTLY NO NO ITEM.TO HELL WITH AMAZON NOW I CANT EVEN ORDER OTHER ITEMS.

This tent was simple and standard to put up. The quality is decent for the price point. It’s obviously not a top tier tent but for camping out in the summer you can’t go wrong. It would fit 4 adults but would leave barely any room for additional kit. I’m not sure how it would fare in heavy rain as the sides are partially mesh under the rain fly but I think if it wasn’t raining sideways and you had your guy ropes taut you’d probably be ok. If your looking for a simple tent for camping in fair conditions, this is a pretty solid option. I’ve been camping for over 20 years in all kinds of conditions, with and without tents and I am pleasantly surprised by this little tent.

Einfaches Igluzelt was seinen Zweck erfüllt. Für Personen über 1.80 wird es allerdings eng beim Schlafen. Auf- und Abbau sind absolut einfach und selbst mit meinem 7jährigen machbar. Besonders positiv finde ich die groÃen lüftungsflächen. Eine kabeldurchführung ist vorhanden und auch bei Sturm steht es stabil.Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Heringe. Etwas zu kurz und aus verchromten Rundstahl was sandigen Böden etwas schwierig ist. Profilierte wären besser. Trotzdem gibt’s 5von5 für den Preis.
