Really amazing rugged watch.
This is hands down best watch right now for 5k-6k budget. Unlike other cheap brands in india this actually has accurate sensors.Pros:1. Rugged finish and strong built. This watch is gonna stay with you for long time.2. Accurate sensors3. Snappy fast UI experience and support of zepp os4. 10 atm rated best for swimming and divingTracks swimming trips with 95% accuracy5. Has zepp coach for ai based training6. Very accurate gps best for outdoor walks and running.Cons:1. Doesn’t have amoled but screen is very bright even for outdoors and blacks are also deep, actually amazed how they managed it without amoled.2. If used properly with sleep monitoring on and active vital tracking and 1-2 workouts(including gps walks) per day battery lasts around 4-5 days.3. Another minor con i found is that hindi and other Indian language text is not supported for WhatsApp message and othernotifications.

Worst product and pathetic customer service.
It was less than 10 days after I bought this watch and the watch stopped working.The customer support is even more disappointing as they won’t register your complaint nor will provide you with any solution.After ton of hassles they did the replacement. But guess what ?The replaced watch was the same watch with same issue.This is the worst treatment to a customer that I’ve ever seen.

“Blown Away by Amazfit Active Edge!”𤯔I’ve been wearing the Amazfit Active Edge for three weeks now, and I’m thoroughly impressed!ð The sleek design and lightweight build make it perfect for daily wear.ð The battery life is incredibleðâ¤ï¸â𥠖 I’ve gotten over 15 days on a single charge with moderate use.ð¥The sports modes are comprehensive and accurate, tracking my runs,ðswims,ð and gymðï¸ sessions with ease. GPS connectivity is quick and reliableð°ï¸, although it takes a little time to lock in initially. Once connected, it’s superb!ðI love how it monitors my stress levelsð¬ and heart rateð«continuously. Additionally, I tested the sleepð´ monitoring feature, although I usually don’t wear watches to bed. For testing purposes, I wore it for a few nightsð, and it performed well,ð tracking my sleep patterns accurately. No Return and Refund for defective products
Hi all,Writing this because you need to be careful when purchasing from the Amazfit brand. Their service centre folks are not fit to deal with your issues and very rude when addressing the same. I had an issue with the watch continuously picking up options without the user input. It was behaving very strange and ruining the experience – which forced me to issue a return and refund request.Turns out the brand only has one service centre in India and it was in no way near to my state. It is also in their policy to not accept returns which is a total letdown. In order to avail return and refund, Amazfit had to provide a denial letter, which they agreed to provide this, but they never came back with a response despite multiple chasers and phone calls. Moreover, they claim it is Amazon’s responsibility to contact them with the denial letter which Amazon claims to not know. Found this pretty strange.Amazon too will behave handicapped due to the fact that their system doesn’t allow them to escalate the seller or the brand in anyways possible. The repeated phone calls with Amazon and Amazfit is enough to leave the customer agitated and confused, with no way out of this.Do yourself a favor and opt for a reputed brand that actually offers a good customer grievance redressal. Don’t settle for such a shoddy experience with Amazfit.
