Cheap and cheerful
I got this model because it was half the price of the other models, but when it arrived, it turned out it was just the bag. It didn’t come pre-filled with liquid. It just had a little funnel and stopper. I used the funnel to fill it with distilled battery water and pushed the stopper in, and it works just fine. Why pay 200 more for pre-filling? This is super. No leaks, works great

When I ordered this for pain relief i got a defective product where the lid for closing water inlet was missing . Thanks to the Amazon 7 days return policy I got the replacement unit very easily.But the replacement product stopped working within a month. It was just not heating at all. Even though I had claim extended warranty for the product they want me to pay 60% for the repair. And AGORA customer support is not responding to the customer queries.So instead of buying this AGORA electric heating pad buy some other electric heating pad which can long last.

i wish brands start making 2litre 2.5litre electric pads they are so good and Save water and convinent but in chilly areas rubber bottles still are best as they have 2l capacity and retain heat for 6 to 7 hours..in chilly areas it retains heat for 20 mins or 30mina.. its best for light winters and who want heat for some time.. please brands make 2l 2.5l too

Worked well for about two weeks . Then the heating time increased from around 8 minutes to over 30 minutes for auto cut. And the temperature did not rise much anyway. Very dissatisfied. Had to buy another one from a different seller in Amazon.
