If water quality is good filters life will be more, If water quality is bad (More turbidity or more TDS) Filters life will be less so not covered in Warranty. 3. 1 year warranty for electrical parts Booster Pump and SMPS (Power Supply). Electrical part will be send through courier but technicians charge is to be pay by customer. 4. Under such condition for every service visit customer needs to pay 300-350 as service charge.

Value for money
The packaging of the product by Amazon is not proper, I got this product in open box, while I ask to delivery boy that why the box is open, he replied that in the way the packaging were got teared. But m happy that products packaging is safe. Nice products and it is value for money. The water purity and the taste is same as Kent Grand Plus because my relative used kent grand plus water purifiers. I drink both filter’s water. Both filter’s water taste and purity (TDS) are same. There is one draw of this product that they chared 500rs for installation.Installation of the water purifiers is not a rocket science. There are so many videos are in YouTube to install water purifiers. Just open anyone videos and follow the steps that’s it.

Great product. Worth every penny
First time I bought a water purifier. Was afraid at first. But it lives up to its values. Water tastes good. Only problem is with the installation as it took over a week for the installation to happen from the brands end. They said the installation cost is 500 but the guy took 600. Rest no complaints.I’ve ordered another one for my parent’s and I’m sure they will be happy as well.

The electrical parts failure
The electrical parts are of very low quality. My UV light stopped working in 2 months and the warranty just on paper. Amazon will not help for warranty related issues and it will fail. Recommended not to buy…

Really good product worth for money
The product is really good also no need a technical support for installing, the package almost come with fully fitted in the right way we only need to fit in wall and external connections also step by step installation guid provided with the package. good material quality and very low noise when it’s working, with comparing we previously used purifier it’s totally good design quality & water taste.

Good product but accessories inside were faulty
The accessories and parts provided out of box were faulty the AC DC converter sent inside the box was not working. I paid the installation guy extra charge of Rs. 900 to change the converter. Received no return from the addyz team even after persistent follow-ups which was kind of a pathetic experience 🙁

Easy to install. Low price. Taste of water is average have to check if taste will improve over the time. For the budget can’t expect any more. Better to replace with good membrane and filter during replacement ( after one year).
