This is the true experience of a purchaser.Since the product description mentioned “universal” and the seller confirmed it on my querry, I purchased itfor my tata nano.But to my disappointment, it did not fit on my car.I took it up with the seller and his approach in the matter was very decent. He admitted the mistake and gave me a full refund straightaway.Additionally, he requested me not to return the item but give it to someone in whose car it fits. Accordingly I gifted it to a friend who is happy with the sturdy and useful device.I am happy in the matter as well.A caution, though. The seller cannot do the above in every case ! Prospective purchasers are advised to confirm before hand that the pipe of their headrest is small so as to fit the slot of the hook. It cannot be fixed on pipes with larger diameter as in the case of tata nano and probably some more cars.The seller will do well to remove “universal” from the description.

Though it is sturdy, the fitting is loose. When it is placed without any load, its falls. But with load/things hanged, it is good and is able to able hold around 500 gms of load.
