How to claim this rockerz 205 warranty
We purchased this rockerz 205 pro bluetooth in 5 Dec 2023 it doesn’t work properly now it’s Stop working and volume is too low so we want to claim this product warranty because it still under one year warranty till 4 Dec 2024 so we humbly request to solve this problem as soon as possible

boAt is defrauding customers by intentionally selling devices having defective firmware. If you’re lucky, the flaw will show up within the return/exchange window, or you will be left with some e-waste. A brand-new pair of boAt rockerz 205 pro which I had just started using, entered a dead/unresponsive state in the first hour. (see the video). The led indicator keeps flashing, and the headphones cannot be turned off using the power button. Also, they are not discoverable to other Bluetooth devices in this state, its extremely shameful for a company like boAt, which spends so much on advertising and calling itself an ‘Indian’ brand, to release a poorly engineered and defective product like this. The manual provided with the earphones doesn’t have any measures to recover the earphones from such a state. I have even tried connecting the charger to no avail.I am infuriated as this is my second sore experience with boAt. I also own a pair of boAt rockerz 385v2 which slipped into this unresponsive state after a couple of months, and I gave up on them as the boAt service centers were very far away, and it wasn’t worth spending 80% of their cost on traveling expenses to get them repaired under warranty.There were a lot of other people who had faced this issue with the rockerz 385v2; it was evident from the reviews.I have learned my lesson. I will never ever trust boAt again, however feature-rich or cheap/discounted their products are. In my humble opinion, boAt should ramp up their R&D instead of burning money on PR and sending units to YouTubers for hyping up their products. It’s all just a huge scam. In all the youtube reviews I have seen, no one addresses these issues, they are just buried in the tens of thousands of reviews on e-commerce sites like Amazon.

Beware of the plastic coating of the neckband
Absolutely loved these headphones, especially for the long battery live — I could use them for a full day of Teams calls without the battery running low. Sound quality was good, though I admit I used a separate mic, so don’t know how the mic quality is.BIG drawback I discovered only recently is that BOAT has used one of those ‘soft touch’ plastic coatings on the neck band — this os one of those coatings that turns sticky over time, and is impossible to remove. For the life of me, I can’t figure out why electronics manufacturers continue to apply this stuff to their products except to shorten the usable life of the product!
