This notebook is better than expected!CONS:- Textured, thin paper not suitable for fountain/rollerball/inky pens and markers.- At 350rs. I find this notebook a little expensive. An appropriate price according to me would be around 300 rs.PROS- The notebook is very portable. Even after having 240 pages, the notebook is thin and light, has an elastic which keeps the book intact while carrying around.- paper is awesome for usual writing, journalling or planning or whatever. If you do not use artistic supplies and just need a jot book, please go for it.- The grid lines are really really nice. I was very skeptical about the grid to be too dark and distracting, but it is false. The grid lines are really nice and light, basically not distracting at all.- Looks! It looks awersome ^_^ Classic black leatheritte cover looks very nice!- Built quality is quite good. Bookmark ribbon, elastic closure, spine binding everything is good quality. It feels sturdy and shouls last you for years and years and years if you take decent care of the notebook.

Amazon basics notebook comes with a plastic wrap but the seller send me unwrapped notebook, due to unwrapped, quality of the product is not good. It could be better if it’s comes with plastic wrap. Bad unbox experienceYou should to buy this notebook in your local stationary market or mall.By the way Amazon basics notebook is good for journal, day to day task and ideas but the price of this notebook is quite expensive.

I have used the Solimo notebook (Amazon’s brand), which pleasantly surprised me in that it was really usable with fountain pens. Then i mindlessly bought this thinking it would be the same quality with the solimo one…. Boy was i wrong! Ghosting, bleeding, feathering, you name it, it has it all, I have never used paper this bad. So…a no-go for me!
