Soft, Comfortable Support – Cushion the “ball” of your feet to relieve pressure and stress from long standing periods, walking, running, or general movement
Unisex (Men and Women) – These large metatarsal inserts can fit both men and women with a wide range of shoe sizes. To determine proper sizing, compare the ball of your foot to these measurements: Small 3.5″ x 2.4″ x .15″; Large 3.9″ x 2.6″ x .15″
Comfortable Wear – ZenToes metatarsal pads can be worn barefoot around the house, or under socks in tennis shoes, with sandals or heels and other footwear. However, for the best results, it is recommended that these gel pads be worn under socks.
Breathable, Odor Resistant – Designed to help reduce pain, our left and right matching foot pads are stain and odor resistant for long-lasting wear.
Ultra-Thin Design – Each gel foot pad slides over the big toe to hold it in place and wraps smoothly around your feet for non-slip, all-day support

Waste of money
It is not fit in my foot. It slipped from foot when walking. It should have elastic band to grips foot.

The pad is just right – it gives enough padding to ease pain, but not too much; so that it’s thin enough to fit in shoes comfortably. It’s stretchy and comfy. Not only was I able to stand and walk for over 6 hours with this pad despite inflamed neuroma, but it helped long term to reduce inflammation and swelling (along with a cortizone shot). In terms of sizing, for smaller feet ( women’s size 7) a large size pad is quite usable and comfortable, although it’s better to wear it with socks, to prevent it from sliding up or down. You can literally wear it all day. As for a small size, it fits perfectly, and can be worn without socks – but it may get uncomfortable between toes after you wear it for awhile. (By the way, I switched the left and the right pads, in order to use the divider between the 3rd and 4th toes, instead of near the big toe.)

The quality control on these are horrible. I bought two packages which came with 2 pairs each. On two of them the larger part for four of your toes would fit on one foot, but the other one wouldnât and was so uncomfortable. I knew if I tried to wear them they would irritate me. I didnât even open the other package because it would have been the same issue. I returned both in the same package because thatâs how it was sent to me. However, they claim that only one of the sets was in the bag when they received it. I know I had both packages (4 pairs total) in the return because why would I keep something thatâs useless to me?? They refunded one, but charged me for the other âmissingâ one. Donât waste your time or money on these

So the pad is really for mid-foot under all toes. It only covers maybe 1/3 of ball of big toe, when worn over toe like it is supposed to be worn. I needed this for sesamoiditis pain which is right behind the ball of the big toe. This does not cover that at all. In the pictures they have the sewed part, between the toes pulled all the way to the side of inner foot. They don’t have it pulled like that in the pictures shown from the top of foot. It is NOT comfortable and will not stay pulled in that manner and still doesn’t cover the ball completely but enough that the pressure is relived. I was in pain and didn’t want to waste time and energy on returning so I actually removed the sewing between toes and pulled it slightly to inner side. It worked great… except, it doesn’t stay in place well when sliding foot into shoes as the shoes are tighter than normal so I would put in higher on the toes and it could slide slightly into position. It helped greatly and I might sew it to make it easier to position in shoe. Once in shoe it stays pretty well even without the big toe hole. Might upload photos later.

I have not opened this package yet because I am currently using a pair that I bought off a site that would be familiar to you or people that you know. Those items arrive quickly, and I had pretty positive experiences wearing them.Zentoes is a company that I have seen frequently on at least one other site. It looks like a great company with excellent products.I was ready to buy Zentoes maybe for the first time.So I did. It came it a sealed package which was comforting to observe.I use the metatarsal pads when I go jogging. Sometimes, I would get sores below my two toes next to my big toe. I personally think that the better quality sneaker you have, the better the pad will feel on your foot. But I also have inexpensive sneakers and the pads feel good also.By using these pads, I have not had sores on my feet anymore after jogging. You will like the feel of these pads in your hands even after multiple uses.Be sure to clean the pads with soap and water and let them dry in a towel overnight.

These are priced okay, but you only get 1 pair for each foot, which is basically 2 of them. They provide decent cushioning and support for Metatarsalgia, but you can’t wear them with loose socks or they may slip off or slide around in your socks. You can wash and reuse them and since they’re not too big they are also portable.
