Good watch for keep track of kids
Itâs a good watch that kids can wear when theyâre outside and parents can keep track of their activities and location. The watch has location trackers, audio and video calling facilities, remote photo taking and SOS features. It has good battery life and is very easy to setup and run. Iâm satisfied with the purchase and support provided by the team. Sound quality is also good.

Ok’ish product; Very bad support
What to expect:1. Do not go by the images in the page. The product finish is a notch lower. Bought what is shown as black here and the physical product is closer to grey than black.2. The companion app reminds you of early Android versions. Gets the job done but very basic in looks.The bads:1. Battery life: Barely lasts a day. So be prepared for a long night of recharge if this is to be used in the morning.2. Video: Seems more or a gimmick given the video quality and usability only via the app on the phone.3. The looks and finish: as mentioned in the intro, definitely doesn’t look the price being charged for.4. GPS accuracy: Another gimmick. Accuracy off between 50-100 meters. Mobile phone triangulation is much better than this.5. Service: Since only in Delhi, this is a problem. Reaching them and getting queries addressed in time is an issue. This is my biggest grouse. More below.The goods:1. Gets the job done if you just have to call in and out.The service issues:The kiddo broke the glass within 10 days of use in a fall. The incoming calls worked and all just that I didn’t want to risk broken glass on a kids wrist. Called Sekio service number and they said they can change the glass but I have to ship it and pay for the replacement. Thankfully happened to go to Delhi so Dunzo’d it locally. The Dunzo guy couldn’t locate the service center in the building and the calls to service number whre unanswered for a good 30 mins before it was picked up and clarified where the service center was in the address. They took payment upfront and 3 days to replace and send the watch back. As soon as I got it realised the phone didn’t charge. Complained again and after a few calls was told to send the watch back and was promised a pickup given it was under warranty. Twice the pickup booked was cancelled and I am told that I am cancelling the pickups. This pickup seems like a charade. Net-net the phone has been disfunctional for more time than functional as of today.Overall verdict:Avoid buying. Go for a Noise kids watch or a Fireboltt watch with SIM functionality for a better price than this .

Excellent product. Have been using it for sometime now and have faced no issues. We send kids out to play with this watch and we can be assured of being able to have a two way communication when in need. It is definitely value for money and the kids love to wear it because of the modern design.

Pros:Love the watch. Especially that we can block all other incoming and outgoing numbers other than the ones from which want. Audio is quite clear, screen brightness is good and battery also lasts almost 6-8 hrs depending on usage. Not too heavy and the weight is decent for kids to use.Cons:- Wish the GPS module was better. It is way off and is of not much use.- Wish the screen was better as it is extremely prone to scratches as it is used by kids. Or they should provide a screenguard with it.- Charging ability should have been through C-type instead of micro-USB

Excellent product
This is a great watch for kids age 5-7 in this price range. All the features like GPS, geofencing, calling, voice messaging, alarm etc are perfect to acquaint kids with technology while helping parents to keep a track on them. Our 6 year old inadvertently broke the screen but the customer service team was swift in having it picked up and fix it promptly . Extremely satisfied with the product and service.

Best watch for kids, if you are looking for standard calling, tracking and parental control features
Using this for 3 months now. Watch is working smoothly as of now and performance is also quite well. Good first smartwatch for my kid. He can easily use it. Watch provides a reliable calling feature for parents and kids, has good parental controls, and is easy to operate for children. The GPS tracking feature give you rough idea of the location but does not pin point to exact location. However its not a deal breaker in my opinion. The app is not fancy but does the job required. Battery life is good along with build quality is also steady.Definitely would recommend this if you are looking for a watch for your kid with calling feature, parental controls and GPS tracking.
