The product is average, may be to some it is okay based to it’s price of 9k.The belt keeps moving to a side while running on it, has to be adjusted after every short interval.Service is awful, the product mentioned Rs.0 for installation, but the service guy from FirstCry asked for Rs. 200. The call center person from Gurugram was very rude, he threatened me that he will stop my installation if I do not pay Rs. 200 which was not the deal on Amazon. I installed it myself and then after two days the FirstCry service person turned up and brought a just A4 size print as bill for Rs. 200 for installation. I asked him to fix the issue of the belt swaying to one side after sometime of running, he tried but the problem is not solved.Reach service is awful, when we call, they immediately disconnect the call and ask to send message on WhatsApp. When message is sent on WhatsApp, they sometimes reply after 6 to 7 hours late and mostly does not reply. When the reply, they reply nonsense not related to the query. I asked them about scheduling the installation and twice out of 5 time they sent me instruction on how to download invoice from Amazon and thrice did not responded.Amazon delivery was good, on time. Service of installation did nit happen I did it myself, the issue of the belt swaying to one side is not solved, charge for installation which was not part of the deal.Final suggestion: Think many times before buying any product from Reach.

Good for beginners
The product is good altho it requires two person to install this. Make sure to have mechanic nearby too just in case. Dont expect to work this treadmill magically in good condition. Have silicon oil applied ok this product it gives good result. I have done walks jogg and sprint of 10m. In my experience walk and jogg are good sprints sometimes are good on this treadmill not always.

My wife loves it.
Bought it for my wife a couple of weeks ago, she has been using it constantly. So far no issues, it’s easy to use and easy to store. The convenience and efficiency makes it worth every penny. Getting it installed was a little bit hassle as the company is responsible for it not Amazon.
