Not working properly
The mouse is not working properly. With in 3 months , the mouse got stuck in middle of the work.

Different Mouse delivered that what show in product image.
Got different model of mouse which is very cheap quality. Mouse show on amazon site is different than what I have received. left two up down buttons not available.Even stop working after some minutes. Unfortunately its not allowing return. I raised complain 2 times but no response from Amazon.

Superb keyboard and mouse. Wireless with same TVS quality.Mouse’s model has been changed by TVS. It’s a bit different then what’s there in picture. Quality is same.

The Greatest Keyboard. I Trust since 2012.
I have purchased one “wired TVS Keyboard” for Rs.1300/- in 2012 and it is going strong till today.Recently I purchased one i5, HP AIO desktop. The keyboard supplied by HP is not fit to my very rapid typing work. Hence, purchased this “wireless TVS Platina Keyboard and Mouse” which is working very well presently, and hope it shall work for many more years to come to my great satisfaction.

This is a good made in India product
A good solid keyboard with keys giving good tactile feedback.The less than perfect feature is the battery chamber door which does not fit well due poor molding. It needs to be secured with a small screw as otherwise the two batteries will pop out.The two batteries provided were very cheap Eveready batteries which looked non-genuine and were already rundown as I got a low battery warning and the keyboard refused to get connected. I had to replace the batteries to get going,

onetime USE and THROW product. Not Servicable After WARRANTY PERIOD. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
I had purchased this TVS Platina Combo on Sep 2022 @3400/-. For 1 year it worked fine. After 1 year it got malfunctioned. Their Authorized service center at my location said IC/Board is malfunctioned and not repairable. Have to replace the board it will cost as same the new keyboard. Their Customer Care center also said the same thing. SO BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK . IF MALFUNCTIONED ITS NOT REPAIRABLE. Its like Cheap use and throw Chimese products. Donot go for only mechanical keys . The board/IC doesn’t last long.Edit 1Finally after 2years of the purchase, both keyboard and mouse stopped working completely, 3500 gone in vain.My Rs 300 wired keyboard still working after 10years.

Superb keyboard and mouse. Wireless with same TVS quality. Mouse is also very good.For the negative comments, looks like some not good seller is also selling this item. Please make sure to select correct seller while ordering.Mouse’s model has been changed by TVS. It’s a bit different then what’s there in picture. Quality is same.Use Duracell batteries for best experience.Switches are really great and smooth. You can use this keyboard as gaming keyboard too (well you may miss RGB).

Not working properly
