Product looks good
Overall good product; there is glue remnants on the rose gold area.Also one more thing the customer care executives of the product company are only focused on taking confirmation on the name and number final design. They don’t share options of fonts; and also not interested in responding to simple feasibility questions. I could have booked another order the same day if they would have responded.

Poor quality and response
When seller sent preview to me I asked seller some modification related question about lighter colour as the preview image seemed dull. Seller didn’t respond about that query. When item arrived the engraved inner parts had cheap looking glittery colours which I didn’t like. Also the back side board doesn’t seem waterproof as it is absorbing water easily, this is when I asked seller specifically whether it is waterproof and ok for outdoor use and they said yes. Disappointed after having ordered upon seeing so many positive reviews here.

ordered this nameplate & received with a spelling mistake, though the picture they shared before dispatch was completely okay. contacted the seller immediately & they sent me a new nameplate without charging any extra money. they also did not take back the wrong one. the product is very nice & gives a smart look to our main door.

I really liked it. As the backside is of board, I pasted a PVC sheet on it so that it does not get damaged in rain.I must mention that I am very happy with the seller Sourcing Beees.
