1. Before using the bag, fill the bag with water and keep it immersed in a bucket filled with water for 24 hours. 2. After soaking in water for 24 hours, the threads of the bag as well as the threads of the stitches become swollen and enlarged, so a large amount of water does not leak out. 3. It takes at least 2 to 3 hours for the water to cool down after filling with water. The water in this bag does not cool as much as the freezer.

FIRST KNOW HOW THIS BAG WORKS
I have seen reviews stating that it leaks. ð.Bro first know the principal of its working. When refrigerators were luxury…. people used this bags to get cold water. People used to carry this while traveling as no AC buses/coaches were there. You cant carry an earthen pot in travelling right…??In this bag after filling water…the water dews comes on the surface of the bag. These dews gets evaporated when hot wind /air touches it and this evoparation causes the water to cool inside.This young generation now has never seen this kind of bags. Ask your Granpa or Grandma.They will tell u how it works.Moreover the water will always leak as it is designed so that the dews should always form on the outer layer so that it gets evaporated by hot air in atmosphere and water is cool inside.Lol…to see people giving negative ratings.Buy it guys….it’s not a bad product. You just have to keep in a place as water drips continuously.

I bought a pair of these bags, both the pieces leak all the way.. doesn’t serve the purpose at all. and moreover when I tried for a replacement, somehow it doesn’t work.. it shows some error. never expected this from Amazon. wasted my time as well
