Technical fault
Hi I was very happy with your fast service and quality product I order 2 lenovo tab but this one got a technical problem in it. Some time it goes switch off while running and sometimes battery show 80% suddenly show 20-30%. But the other one has not any problem that one work fine. Could you please recommend us what can we do now could you please refund the money or replace product.

I buy offline it is good but when I put my foot on it accidentally so slightly only my finger it’s screen damage

Refubrished products with discount
I have a bad experience in buying tablet online as received refubrished product and no option for warranty when I checked with Lenova authorized service centre. Better go for offline traditional purchase when it comes to electronic devices.
