    Worst quality.. When electricity goes and comes.. Tv will get on by itself.. Picture quality is so so.. Mother board has gone.. Tv not working.. Brand customer service is very careless and they don’t even respond to you.. I never saw such a worst quality tv.. Worst customer care.. I suggest not to buy this brand.. I have faced lots of problems..

  5. Seller is fraud . I received only 5 nos inspite of 10 nos. Amazon person refused to take back. My fault was I diymake any video while opening the material. But seller is big big fraud and Amazon should take necessary action against him –

    Very bad product of this foxsky company.
    First time I have seen that Amazon is playing scam with customers with this brand name Foxsky. Purchased last year in December. In October this TV stopped working. From that day I’m trying to complaint with Amazon. No support from Amazon is with this brand. They have just given one number which is always switch off. Especially I’m recommending that pls don’t purchase this foxsky TV from Amazon or any place . Even don’t purchase 32 inches also. I’m facing same issue with this 32 inches also. Team amazon pls don’t play with customer hard earned money.

    Not fully satisfied for Amazon delivery service. 29अगस्त को foxsky अँड्रॉइड टीव्ही घर पर डिलिव्हर्ड हो गया लेकिन आज तक उसके इन्स्टॉलेशन के लिए किसी भी प्रकार का कॉल नही आया. इन्स्टॉलेशन के लिए ॲमेझॉन टीम से बात करने पर उन्होने बताया की अगले 24 घंटे मे आपको कॉल आ जायेगा. लेकिन किसी भी प्रकार का कॉल न आने पर मैने आज फिर से अमेझॉन टीम से बात की तो आज उन्होने बताया की foxsky टीव्ही के इन्स्टॉलेशन के बारे मे सुविधा हमारी और से उपलब्ध नही है. आपको इन्स्टॉलेशन बाहर से करवानी होगी. लेकिन टीव्ही के बॉक्स के ऊपर लिखा है डू नॉट ओपन बॉक्स विदाऊट आवर इन्स्टॉलेशन इंजिनियर टीम. जिस दिन टीव्ही डिलिव्हर्ड हुआ था उस दिन डिलिव्हरी बॉय ने कोई भी ओटीपी लेने से मना किया और बोला की टीव्ही का बॉक्स हम ओपन करके नही दे सकते आपको इन्स्टॉलेशन टीम के सामने बॉक्स ओपन करना है और उन्हेही ओटीपी देना है. और आज जब ॲमेझॉन टीम से मैने बात की तो उन्होने बताया की आपका डिलिव्हरी ओटीपी तो हमारे तरफ दर्जे है. ॲमेझॉन कस्टमर हेल्पलाइन की तरफ से पता चला की आपको ये ओपन डिलिव्हरी बॉक्स करना था, लेकिन ॲमेझॉन डिलिव्हरी बॉय ने वैसा करने से मना किया . फिर बात ये है कि एक्चुअल मिस गाईड कहा हो रहा है. मै आशा करता हु ॲमेझॉन टीम से मुझे समाधान कारक उत्तर मिलेगा l धन्यवाद
