I have been using these cameras for past 4 years. This is the 4th camera I have purchased. Esay to configure. Good quality image. Price – not so costly, notifications possible, performance is good. Camera movement is smooth. Easy to use.All in all good product , worth purchase

Easy to use and install. Image quality is very good. Easy to operate from app. Downside is microphone quality is poor and most of the time voice breaks.Storage is not more than 3-4 days. But as per surveillance is concern, it is a good handy option.

App not working smoothly mostly
Picture quality is suprb in 3 to 4 meeter. But this purticular model camera (2k) is not turn 360 degree smoothly and very difficult for view the visuals through the Mi Home app (mostly can see ‘reconnect issue ) So very disappointed. Need updation in software.

No better than others.
I went with this due to connectivity issues with tapo as read in the reviews. Though it works but issues still persists with it.Like if there is no internet connection it won’t work, won’t even record locally on the sd card. Why? This could be fixed via a software update but even on my previous mi camera, it hasn’t been fixed for over 2 years now.Also the Surveillance section in the app shows “No videos yet” even though there are videos. The video player just doesn’t play them. I have an older mi 2i camera in the same app where this feature works perfectly.
