Sent 12 pcs instead of 24 pcs (in a pack that says 24 pcs). There is no option for refund. When you order for replacement, the verification blocks you from returning the problem because the quantity doesn’t match. Its frustrating that there no customer support in this case! Do not order anything from this vendor!!
