Worst company for warranty. Dont buy this guys for your own good. This thing is a cheap chinese product rebranded and sold. It stopped working fully when still under warranty. I have tried texting them and calling too. I have all the screenshots of texts. They bluntly say they can’t provide any service or replacement. In the text they even said it’s warrenty doesn’t apply to this product!!! This company is a fraud. Don’t buy.

I weighed a 5 kg rubber coated dumbbell. It is shwoing the weight as 4.885kg. So, there is a difference of over 100 gram. So, it is not accurate. Other luggage weighing scales also are not accurate. There is a difference of 100-200 gram in all. But it is good to get rough idea of luggage weight.It comes with 2 AAA batteries.Lack of strap is a big minus. Should have included a strap to weigh luggage and heavy items.

One minor suggestion for improvement would be to place the button for recording weight readings closer to the hand-holding positions for easier access. Other than that, I’m satisfied with the product
